Aaron Zarkowsky joined Deutsch, Levy & Engel, Chartered in 1998 and became a Principal in 2003. Aaron concentrates his practice in the field of secured transactions, in which he represents a number of banks in commercial loan transactions, including construction and development loans, and large syndicated loans. Aaron's practice also includes corporate and business law, including mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. He is the author of the article, The RICO Threat to Artistic Freedoms: An Indirect Consequence of the Anti-Pornography Crusade?, which appeared in the Winter 1994/Spring 1995 issue of the DePaul-LCA Journal of Art and Entertainment Law.
