DLE litigation attorney, David J. Ben-Dov, successfully defended the firm's client in a trial for claims relating to the client's sale of a residential property. The plaintiff claimed that our client failed to disclose the condition of certain portions of the property, and did not perform agreed upon repairs prior to closing. Our client vigorously denied the plaintiff's allegations. Following direct testimony by the plaintiff, plaintiff's real estate attorney, and plaintiff's HVAC contractor, and cross-examination of those witnesses, the Court ruled in our client's favor, finding that the plaintiff failed to present evidence sufficient to support his claims. On March 26, 2013, a judgment was entered in favor of our client and against the plaintiff.
