Jeff Horwitz joined Deutsch, Levy & Engel in 2002. Jeff concentrates his practice in the area of corporate and business law including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and real estate and business transactions. Jeff 's practice also includes the representation of lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions, including construction and development loans. He also serves as special counsel to the Illinois Housing Development Authority.
Prior to joining Deutsch, Levy & Engel, Jeff spent three years as an Accountant for the Chemical Division of Old World Industries, Inc., in Northbrook, Illinois.
