Jerry Rudman joined Deutsch, Levy & Engel, Chartered in 1982 and has been a Principal since that date. Prior to joining the firm, he was a principal in the law firm of Panter, Nelson & Bernfield, Ltd. Jerry concentrates his practice in the areas of business acquisitions and combinations, estate planning, commercial leasing and financing transactions, partnerships, Uniform Commercial Code and general corporate law. Prior to practicing law, he was employed by the Internal Revenue Service for four years as an Internal Revenue Agent. Since 1978, Jerry has taught business law courses in contract law, Uniform Commercial Code law, and partnership and corporate law at William Rainey Harper College, Palatine, Illinois.
