 Joel A. Stein came to Deutsch, Levy & Engel, Chartered in
2003 as a Principal with more than 20 years experience in the areas
of banking, bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, enforcement of obligations
and other commercial litigation. He has worked with business of every
kind and
size, protecting
their interests in a wide variety of transactions, from aviation to maritime,
from real estate to moving inventory. He is recognized as expert in dealing
with federal tax liens and has taught courses in that area for IICLE.
His admission to the bars of five states and the District of Columbia
enables him to effectively handle legal matters with contacts in multiple
jurisdictions.
