 Phillip Salerno joined Deutsch, Levy & Engel as an Associate in 2006. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business entity formation and transactional matters, lender representation, real estate, and probate.
Prior to Joining Deutsch, Levy & Engel Phillip practiced public accounting with an industry leading public accounting firm as a Tax and Audit Associate. Thereafter, Phillip cultivated his public accounting experiences in private industry in the areas of corporate accounting systems coordination and retail operations management. Phillip’s experience working in public practice and private industry provides him with the perspective to appreciate large scale transactions as well as matters affecting small business and individuals.
