Steve Raminiak concentrates his practice in estate planning as well as the administration of estates and trusts established for decedents, minors and disabled persons. Steve also advises business entities in regards to succession planning, tax planning and corporate governance issues. Additionally, Steve regularly donates his time to assist Chicago Volunteer Legal Services as a guardian ad litem, as well as in other capacities.
As a law student, Steve served as a Judicial Intern of the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. Steve also has a background in business-to-business software applications due to his former career as a technical writer.
