Terry Engel is a founding Principal of the firm. Prior to his position with the firm, he was with Arthur Andersen & Co. Terry has concentrated his practice in the areas of business acquisitions and mergers, commercial transactions, banking, real estate and corporate law. In addition, Terry focuses on local real estate taxation. He represents numerous real estate developers, REITs and many publicly held companies. Those companies include New York Stock Exchange listed companies in connection with their property tax assessments.
Terry is currently a member of the Board of Directors of NCB Holdings, Inc. and New Century Bank and was elected to the Village of Skokie Library Board. He has also been active in numerous charitable, civic, political and social organizations.
