DLEC SECURES MORE THAN $730,000 IN ATTORNEYS FEES FOR PREVAILING IN BREACH OF CONTRACT CLAIM

In March, 2006, DLEC litigation attorneys Philllip J. Zisook, Brian D. Saucier and Paul M. Levy successfully represented our client Telewizja Polska USA, Inc., in a breach of contract claim against EchoStar Satellite Corporation. A jury returned an award of more than $1.4 million in favor of our client. In October, 2007, the Honorable Ronald Guzman of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois awarded attorneys fees and costs to our client as the prevailing party, totaling $782,160.
