DLE ATTORNEYS OBTAIN JUDGMENT FOR COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT

In April, 2007, DLEC attorneys Phillip J. Zisook, Jeffrey E. Schiller and Lee Farbman, obtained a $1 million judgment on behalf of our client, Telewizja Polsat, S.A., a provider of Polish language television programming, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, on claims for trademark and copyright infringement and supplemental state law claims, arising from the unauthorized dissemination of Polsat’s programming on the internet.
