DLE ATTORNEYS PREVAIL IN DEFAMATION TRIALIn May, 2007, DLEC attorneys Phillip J. Zisook and Lee Farbman prevailed in a jury trial, successfully defending our client who was charged with defaming a 33 year veteran of the Internal Revenue Service. The plaintiff had alleged that our client falsely stated that the plaintiff had been extorting Korean businessmen and threatening that if they did not kick back money to her, she would report them to the IRS.
