DLE ATTORNEYS SETTLE DEFAMATION LAWSUIT

In April, 2007, DLEC attorneys Phillip J. Zisook and Lee Farbman went to trial on behalf of our client, Luna Security Services, Inc., in a defamation suit against the Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc., its Illinois subsidiary and two on-air radio personalities for statements broadcast on WLEY FM. In the course of an April, 2007 jury trial, DLEC’s attorneys reached a settlement for our client in the amount $350,000. For more information, contact Phil Zisook at zisook@dlec.com.
