Fall 2001 Deutsch, Levy & Engel is pleased to announce the addition of Steven B. Isaacson as a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Isaacson's practice specializes in commercial leasing and financing transactions, as well as the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. Mr. Isaacson represents owners of commercial real estate and developers in the acquisition and disposition of large tracts of land for residential, retail and office development; the owner of a downtown Chicago high-rise office building in all of its leasing transactions; and banks and insurance companies in all types of real estate financing transactions, including shopping center and hotel construction loans and purchase money financing for the acquisition of major office buildings.
