Deutsch, Levy & Engel’s Banking and Creditor’s Rights
practice provides years of legal experience and expertise to numerous
banks and other financial institutions. We document loan transactions
of all types and sizes for financial institutions, governmental lending
agencies and private individuals. The types of financing documentation
provided by us include multi-million dollar syndicated loans, commercial
construction and development loans, industrial revenue bond financing,
Illinois Housing Development Authority loans, asset-based loans and SBA-Guaranteed
loans.
We also represent financial institutions and other creditors in the
collection of indebtedness and the enforcement of other obligations.
We have worked with
creditors of every type and size in transactions ranging from aviation to maritime,
real estate to rolling stock and specialized equipment to inventory. Our work
includes an expertise in bankruptcy practice, as well as litigation in federal
and state courts.
In addition to representation relating to the documentation and collection
of indebtedness, we also serve as counsel to banks for regulatory matters
and general
day-to-day banking operations.
